Please contact us within 5 business days from the product's arrival via the contact form with images that clearly show the issue.
In cases where the ordered content and the delivered product differ, exchanges are possible only if the package is unopened. Please confirm the color, Power, before opening. Initial defects in contact lenses vary by manufacturer, so after confirming the issue and response, we will inform you about the exchange method from our store. Please keep the product without using or discarding it. The shipping fee for returns will be borne by our store.
Regarding returns and exchanges, it is limited to defective or misdelivered products that you contact us about within 5 business days from the product's arrival, not after opening the product, so please understand this in advance.
Exchanges for initial defects will be with the same product. If distribution of the exchange product is difficult due to discontinuation by the manufacturer, we will respond with a refund of the applicable product's price. The handling fee related to the refund will be borne by our store.
