If a user wishes to disclose, correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of their personal information, the Company will promptly respond based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act after confirming that the request is from the person themselves. However, there may be cases where the application cannot be processed if it does not meet the requirements stipulated by laws and regulations. Additionally, a handling fee separately determined by the Company may be charged for disclosure.
