On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to suspend the application of the duty-free "de minimis" rule for low-value imports earlier than originally planned.

As a result, low-value items that were previously exempt from duties may now be subject to customs duties.
This change will apply to items clearing customs on or after August 29.

Key Changes:

  • Customs duties may now apply to small packages.

  • Customs procedures may take longer, potentially causing significant delivery delays.

Please understand that delivery timelines are beyond our control under the new regulations.

Additionally, as stated in our shipping policy, packages that are not delivered due to refusal to pay customs duties will not be eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Before placing an order to the U.S., please be aware of the potential customs duties and delivery delays.

We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.

※ This information is subject to change based on future actions by the U.S. government.
