Summer vacation period: August 11 (Thu.) - August 15 (Mon.), 2022
Inquiries by e-mail, form, and chat will be handled from August 15. Please note that it may take some time for us to reply to your inquiries as we will respond to them in order.

<About Orders
During the summer vacation period, all manufacturers and warehouses will stop shipping. Orders will be processed from 8/16 (Tue.).
Orders will be accepted as usual during the summer vacation.
Please note that it may take longer than usual for us to ship your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance and hope that you will place your order well in advance.

Inquiries received after 17:00 on 8/10/2022 (Wed.) via e-mail form will be replied after 11:00 on 8/15 (Mon.).
Inquiries by phone will be handled from 8/17(Wed.).
