I would like to find out if the country is eligible for delivery.
We can ship to over 60 countries worldwide. When you add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be able to select the country/region you wish to ship to. If a country does not appear as an option here, it will not be available for delivery.

Are there any customs charges?
Most countries do not charge customs duty on purchases for personal consumption, and the average Push!Color global customer purchases about 16 boxes.
Please note that in rare cases, customs inspections may result in the imposition of customs duties.

When will it be shipped?
As a general rule, orders are shipped within 5 business days of order completion.

Do you wish to pick up the package at your place of stay in Japan?
You can place your order in advance and pick up your order at your destination in Japan.
If the delivery address is in Japan, there is no shipping charge; you can order as little as one item.
Many hotels allow you to pick up your order at the front desk during your stay, even if you are not there.
Please note!
It takes about 5 business days from the time your order is placed to the time it is shipped. We will investigate the possibility of delivery during your stay. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of receipt. This rule is based on the Japanese calendar. This means that Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's holidays, and Japanese national holidays are not included in business days.
・If your order includes items that are out of stock or reserved by the manufacturer, it may take longer to ship. These items cannot be cancelled after the order is completed. In exceptional cases, orders can be cancelled if the item is not in stock after 2 months from the date of order.
Tracking service for orders is not complete. Please use it as a guide only. Tracking service may not be available in all areas of the destination country. Once in the destination country or region, you can obtain more accurate information by using the tracking information of the local shipping service provider. (For example, USPS for the U.S., SGPOST for Singapore, etc.)
The delivery time is only an estimate.
In some countries and regions, the customer may have to contact the nearest delivery office to have the package delivered.
If you wish to have an item returned due to long-term absence, address unknown, or refusal to receive, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again. In any case, no cancellations or refunds will be made. In some countries and regions, we do not deliver in person.
Lost or stolen items after delivery or posting are not covered by the warranty. Available delivery areas and delivery methods are always subject to change.
