Notice of Extension of the Payment Due Date for Customers

We would like to inform you of the extension of the payment due date from June 2024 onward from the after-payment service [payday].

Notice

For your convenience, the payment due date will be extended from the 10th of the following month to the 27th of the following month from June 2024. In addition, the date of sending notification (via e-mail or SMS) of your billing amount will be extended from the 1st to 3rd of the following month to the 1st to 5th of the following month.

• Customer payment due date
• Payment due by May 2024:
• Convenience store and bank transfers are due by the 10th of the following month (by June 10)
• Direct debit is due on the 12th of the following month.
• Payment due from June 2024:
• Convenience store and bank transfers are due by the following month 27th of the following month 27th of the following month (by July 27th) (by July 27th)
• Direct debit: 27th of the following month
• Notification of customer billing amount (via email or SMS Sending date of the bill (by e-mail or SMS)
• Until May 2024 Sending date: 1st to 3rd of the following month (1st to 3rd of June)
• From June 2024 usage: Date sent: Next month 1 〜From to June 1-3, 2024 Date (July 1 - 5)
