This rule is based on the Japanese calendar. This means that Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's holidays, and Japanese national holidays are not included in business days.
・If your order contains items that are out of stock or reserved by the manufacturer, it may take some time before they are shipped. These items cannot be cancelled once the order is complete. In exceptional cases, orders can be cancelled if the item is not in stock after 2 months from the date of order.
Tracking service for orders is not complete. Please use it as a guide only. Tracking service may not be available in all areas of the destination country. Once in the destination country or region, you can use the tracking information of the local delivery service provider for more accurate information.
The delivery time is only an estimate.
In some countries or regions, we may not be able to deliver your package unless you contact the nearest delivery office.
If you wish to have an item returned due to long-term absence, address unknown, or refusal to receive, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again. In any case, no cancellations or refunds will be made.
