■ About shipping preparation period
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. After completing your order, we will immediately enter the shipping preparation period and ship within 5 business days in principle. This rule is based on the Japanese calendar. In other words, weekends, year-end and New Year holidays, and Japanese holidays are not included in business days.
- The estimated shipping date listed on the product page is a guide.
- If some of the ordered products include products that are out of stock by the manufacturer, it may take some time before shipping.
