■Delayed EMS delivery
Due to staff reductions at logistics providers and customs offices in Japan and other countries, we apologize for the delay in EMS delivery.
It is taking longer than in the past for shipments to leave Japan and be inspected by customs in the customer's country. We have received reports of shipments taking up to 3 weeks to leave Japan. Cancellation due to shipping delays is not possible. Please place your order with this understanding.
