[Notice of resumption of accepting orders from the United States]

Notice to customers ordering from the US: Our store will resume accepting orders from the US from September 8th (JST).

Following the announcement by the US government that it would end the de minimis tax exemption, EMS has stopped shipments from Japan to the US, and we have therefore suspended accepting orders from the US since August 25th.

In order to meet your requests, we have explored various options and have determined that we can deliver your order by partnering with courier services such as UPS, so we have decided to resume accepting orders.

We will select the best delivery company when we ship the orders.
*Please note that depending on the items in your order, your order may be shipped and delivered in separate shipments.

You cannot choose the shipping method when placing an order.
Please refer to your shipping notice for more information.

It normally takes 5 business days to ship orders. However, it will take 7 business days to ship orders to America for the time being.

Additionally, the delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 10 days after shipment. However, there are instances where it may take more than 2 weeks due to customs inspections.

Please note that delivery delays are not covered by cancellations or refunds, so please understand this in advance.

Due to the abolition of the de minimis system, future orders may be subject to customs duties.
Customers will need to contact the shipping company directly after shipment to make payment.
*It is expected that approximately 15% of the product price will be taxed. Whether or not the product will be subject to tax and the amount will ultimately be determined by US Customs.
*We do not accept prepayment of customs duties due to the difficulty of calculating customs duties in advance and the high administrative costs of paying customs duties in advance, which would increase the burden on customers.
