Common Items
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, please note that payment companies may perform individual system maintenance.
- Orders are shipped approximately 5 business days after order completion. This rule is based on the Japanese calendar. This means that Saturdays, Sundays, special vacations determined by the Company such as year-end and New Year holidays, and Japanese national holidays are not included in business days.
- The number of days from shipment to delivery varies depending on the country or region. It takes from 3 to 14 days in the normal term.
- Orders that include items that are out of stock or reserved by the manufacturer may take longer to ship. These items cannot be cancelled once the order is complete. Exceptionally, cancellation is possible if the item is not in stock after 2 months from the date of order.
- You will be notified by email of the tracking number after the shipment is complete. The order tracking service is not complete. Please use it as a guide only. The tracking service may not be available in all areas of the destination country. Once in the destination country or region, you can use the tracking information of the local shipping carrier for more accurate information.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may take longer depending on logistics conditions.
- In some countries and regions, in-person delivery is restricted. We may not deliver your package unless you personally contact the nearest delivery office. Please note that in some cases, you may not be notified of the arrival of your package at the delivery bureau. Failure to notify us of receipt may result in the package being returned to the shipping origin after a certain storage period.
- If you wish to have an item returned for reshipment after a long absence, address failure, or refusal to receive it, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again. In all cases, no cancellations or refunds will be made.
- Lost or stolen items are not covered by the warranty after delivery is completed and the package is posted.
- Available delivery areas and delivery methods are always subject to change.
Important Notes on International Shipping
- All orders are processed in Japanese yen (JPY).
Currency conversion rates displayed on the site are for reference only. - Product prices may vary depending on the destination country or region. The prices displayed on product pages and in the cart are estimates based on the GPS location of your device. However, due to variations in internet, browser, and device security settings, the system may not always determine the destination country accurately.
The final amount, including shipping fees, value-added tax (VAT), and currency conversion fees, will be confirmed at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Note that customs duties are not included, as most orders are tax-exempt and duties are typically not applied. - In very rare cases, customs duties, customs clearance charges ( ICOD), and customs inspection fees may be incurred upon receipt of the order. This is the responsibility of the recipient.
- If you refuse to pay the charges imposed by customs, your order will be discarded or returned to Japan at the discretion of customs. No refunds will be made if the order is returned to Japan. Re-shipment can be made by paying again for the total amount of the return and re-shipment.
- For damage to the product during shipping, it is possible to apply for warranty by the shipping company. We will provide you with the necessary documents, but you will need to follow the procedure yourself. The availability of the warranty depends on the results of the delivery company's investigation. Theft or loss of an item after delivery is completed is not covered. Please report the damage to the nearest police station.
- The maximum guarantee by the shipping company is approximately 20,000 yen for EMS and 10,000 yen for UPS. It is possible to grant insurance covering the entire order amount for an additional cost. Please consult with us before placing your order.
- If you realize that you made a mistake in color or degree selection or shipping address immediately after completing your order. Please contact us via the contact form or chat, as it may be possible to make changes before the order deadline ( 10:00 am on weekdays). In this case, we still cannot change the contents of the order with any change in the amount, such as a change in brand or quantity.
- After shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you; in the case of EMS, once in the destination country, you can use the tracking service provided by the local postal service to check more details. In this case, the tracking number provided at the time of shipment can be used as is. (e.g., USPS for the U.S., SGPOST for Singapore, RoyalMail for the U.K.)
