1. All dates and times in this rewards program are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
2. This rewards program is operated entirely in Japanese yen (JPY).
3. There is no distinction between guests and members, and stars are awarded to all customers who place an order. However, logging into an account is required to check star balances and redeem rewards.
4. 10 stars are awarded for every ¥1,000 of order value. Shipping fees, various taxes, and handling fees are excluded from star accrual. If a discount is applied, the amount after the discount will be eligible for star accrual.
5. Regular stars are credited to your account when your order has been shipped (fulfilled). If there is any fraudulent order, cancellation, return, or similar issue, any stars already awarded will be invalidated (cancelled).
6. Bonus stars from app orders and similar activities are awarded separately from regular stars, approximately 14 days after the order is placed. Award conditions vary by promotion.
7. Birthday stars are awarded on the first birthday that falls on or after 14 days from the date you registered your birthday.
8. We may run campaigns that allow you to earn more stars than usual. Please check each announcement for award conditions.
9. Status (membership rank) is determined based on the total number of stars earned during the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
10. At the end of each year on December 31, we total the stars earned that year, and on January 1 of the following year, we grant a new status based on those results.
11. If you reach a higher status partway through the year, that status will be maintained (rolled over) for the following year only.
12. To use stars, you must exchange them for a reward coupon. Please check the exchange page for the number of stars required for each reward and its expiration date.
    
13. Once a reward coupon has been exchanged, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.
14. Each reward coupon has an expiration date. Coupons past their expiration date will be invalid, and the stars used for the exchange will not be refunded.
15. Reward coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes or coupons.
16. Earned stars and rewards are valid for one year from the date of your most recent accrual. If no new stars are earned for one year from the last star accrual date, all held stars will expire.
17. If a member withdraws (deletes their account), all held stars and rewards will expire.
18. The contents of rewards and status, exchange rates, and earning/promotion conditions may be revised without prior notice. However, if we make any major changes to the program, we will provide notice on the site, by email newsletter, or similar means at least one month before implementation.
19. If stars are awarded or status changes are made under conditions different from the intended ones due to system malfunctions or similar issues, the store may, at its discretion, cancel the relevant processing (roll back) and/or make corrections.
20. This rewards program uses a third-party app. Due to circumstances on the part of the app provider, specifications may change or the service may be discontinued.
21. Reward stars do not constitute a prepaid payment instrument under the Payment Services Act. Customers may not request exchange for cash, redemption, refunds, or any guarantee in the event of discontinuation, for any reason whatsoever.
