In observance of Silver Week, we will be closed during the period below.

Closed period: Saturday, September 19, 2026 - Wednesday, September 23

Orders will still be accepted 24 hours a day during this period, but shipping operations and inquiry support will be closed.

■ About shipping

Because of the long holiday, it will take longer than usual for shipping. The estimated shipping schedule is as follows.

・Orders placed by Friday, September 18: by around Monday, September 28
・Orders placed from Saturday, September 19 to Wednesday, September 23: by around Wednesday, September 30

Depending on shipping congestion, it may take even longer.

■ About inquiries

We will reply to inquiries received during the long holiday period in sequence from Thursday, September 24. Please note that it may take longer than usual.

■ About order changes

Order changes can only be accepted up until the order cutoff time on weekdays at 10:00 AM. If you are placing an order before a long holiday, please contact us as soon as possible.
