Reward Program Terms of Use
Please read the terms of use and use the service upon agreement.
- All reward programs are operated on a Japanese Yen basis.
- You need to register as a member (free of charge) to earn Rewards Points.
- You will earn 100 points for every 100 yen spent on an order.
- Shipping, taxes, and handling charges are not eligible for point accumulation.
- Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, starting at 100 points.
- If you redeem for store credit rewards, you will receive approximately 1% of the value of your order.
- Once redeemed, rewards cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Reward content and redemption rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Points will be awarded immediately after an order is completed, but will be voided in the event of fraudulent orders or cancellations. Bonus points will be awarded approximately 14 days after the order is completed.
- Points earned do not expire. However, all points will be forfeited if a member cancels his/her membership.
- Guest purchases are not eligible for point accumulation. You must register as a member before placing an order.
- Rewards coupons cannot be combined with other discount coupons.
- We may offer promotions that allow you to earn more points than usual. Please refer to the various notices for the conditions under which points are awarded during promotions.
- This Rewards Program uses a third-party app. The specifications may be changed or the service may be terminated due to circumstances of the app provider.
- Reward Points are not considered a prepaid means of payment under the Funds Settlement Act, and customers may not exchange them for cash, redeem them, refund them, or seek guarantees for their discontinuation for any reason.
- Any material changes to this Rewards Program will be announced at least one month in advance on the site or in an e-mail newsletter.
